Couldn't agree more Chand! There should be far more of those board members with morals/ethics !!
Company goes well you get rewarded, company goes not so good they want even more to pull the coy out of the shit they put it into in the first place ! Unbelievable some of these so called leaders.

Anyway, a good post.
