I think regardless of any eventual pay day I would avoid this jurisdiction again. If we get the license I would be looking for an exit point, hopefully with profit. This situation has certainly made me consider where these mines are being built and the likelihood of location problems. I agree there are many non SI small caps that are questionable. But this is accentuated with the location. Africa and the pacific islands seem to have the greatest problems.
