My sources are definitely reliable, and they have skin in the game too, and they are definitely NOT selling. Of course, they could be wrong. But I am very confident that getting licenses is not a matter of if, but when.

I agree, SI elections are due before January 2019, if the new SI Gov't wants a reliable income from their World-Class Nickel deposit, they will need to move before Christmas, it would take a bit of time before a reliable mining operation can generate a profitable income.
