the Share price is being controlled by BMCG ( WKT's equity partner) they are issued shares then they sell these on market, they were issued 13.8 mil shares in december after providing WKT US$750k out of a possible US $10mil they have been selling these share at a rate of 2 mil per month.
if these investors weren't controlling the SP, the SP would have been smashed by the major delays and failure to deliver the processing facilities within their own time frames.
it will be interesting to see the SP once these investors have exited the share registry.
