I think I've posted before that accumulation is the most unrewarding phase of a share price movement. WKT is doing just that, accumulating and waiting.
The centre average (green) in my momentum envelope is a 20 period ema and it's almost flat and many other lagging averages will catch up and do the same. No wonder many are seeing averages all converge, that's what they will do when there is little movement.
Patience.
