Wong's Time Is Now

Never has there been a better time to be involved in the debt restructuring and insolvency industry.

The world is in turmoil and one of the countries hardest hit financially by this crisis is Singapore where they have just recorded a GDP drop of 41.2%.

"Singapore’s economy plunged into recession last quarter as an extended lockdown shuttered businesses and decimated retail spending, a sign of the pain the pandemic is wreaking across export-reliant Asian nations.

Gross domestic product declined an annualized 41.2% from the previous three months, the Ministry of Trade and Industry said in a statement Tuesday, the biggest quarterly contraction on record and worse than the Bloomberg survey median of a 35.9% drop. Compared with a year earlier, GDP fell 12.6% in the second quarter, versus a survey median of -10.5%."

Appalling news for all of Singapore and I'm sure the world on a grander scale although for a one eyed investor in CI1, this to me says the time to invest into this company is right now. CI1 now cemented within Singapore should be licking their lips at the future prospects and additional business this crisis should bring in.

In times like this, there is always people that make money and in this instance, Jimmie Wong and the team at CI1 are in the prime position.

For our sake, I hope they grab this opportunity with both hands and we see the results on the balance sheet.

It's a great time to be in Credit Intelligence and I'm sure Wong is doing everything within his power to make sure CI1 continues to expand and shareholder wealth is generated.
