Mr Matthew Wood has tendered his resignation as a Non Executive Director of the
Company effective immediately, in order to pursue other business opportunities in
Brazil. Mr Wood was the founding Chairman of Avanco and in accepting his
resignation, the Board expressed its appreciation for his significant contribution during
his tenure.
