I think WDS should let the idiots build the expensive infrastructure, then buy it for half price when they realise what Twiggy Forrest has realised. Any super fund that has snubbed WDS and backed overly ambitious green projects have lost money. WDS are in a very good position to cherry pick what they want when the time is right.
