This was discussed in FB; I asked the question and someone who knows a bit about this said if you don't turn up, then you lose automatically.
If COP does the same thing as they did in ignoring request for mediation (and I hope they do), then it is curtains for them.
One thing that we overlooked is the fact that we at HC discussed all this based on this and that and hear say, BUT, FAR is not and has lawyers looking at it.
The picture may be completely different to what we are thinking.
Unlike here on HC, I can assure you that FAR is not having a FORUM discussion with their lawyers and CN is not talking to PC without first being fully armed by their legal people.
Will our drill bit suddenly get slippery this week end? That'll be good to know.
