I had this fool on ignore, but just had to see what the fuss is about. Spoil the beautiful coast with "gas and oil rigs" ?? But those appalling windmills offshore are ok? Good god.....after seeing the "wind farms" in north east philippines first hand, I can tell u which I prefer. They are quite frankly an obscene noisy eyesore on the once beautiful and pristine coastal mountainous rainforest landscape. And well over HALF of them were non operational! But that's ok? Tsk. Pep11 is for AN EXPLORATORY GAS DRILL!! (capitals and exclamation points really are fun ) about the size of a dinner table. The nasty "oil and gas rigs" are not even part of this conversation ..YET!! Back on ignore u go, what a waste of time and space this guy is.
