So the new theory is MK isn’t the holding the Federal delegate vote now !!!!!! Really guys come on how bigger can of worms do you want to open now, it’s a ridiculous theory and in over 40 years of investing in the oily pennies I’ve never seen or heard anything like it played even close to this before.
And that in its self is enough to not even contemplate it, especially with the spotlight that is on Pep11 for approval, in particular because of its past indiscretions and bias from the recent past Approval and the corruptly pushed Dis Approval that never held up legally.

Scomos team of lawyers with a unlimited budget had a year to come up with a better option than for him to hang him self to shelve Pep11 , and they couldn’t, so I think it’s time to get off the bong boys and let’s return to reality here.

Next week is going to get interesting in Pep11 Inc imo, Zalis latest attempt is going to received like Rabies imo, and so it should be!!!

GB we will get confirmation shortly on whether MK has delegated, don't rule it out as strange as it seems. FWIW Scomo tried the same trick, get someone else to do his dirty work, the Department roadblocked him, the OPGGS legislation doesn't allow for further delegation once the form has been signed. Whichever option MK circled, that person is in receipt of the NOPTA advice, and they will be the decision maker.
