You can't be positive about anything Wado you can only simply follow the facts.


We know NOPTA have approved PEP11

We know NSW never wanted PEP11.

We know the NSW JA will deny the permit

We know the NSW recently passed legislation will do nothing to stop the drill

We know the federal JA has final say on PEP11

And we know the federal government has said they will follow the law

IF all this remains true then it's reasonable to assume that PEP11 will be approved.

No certainty but a reasonable assumption based on what we know to date.
