IP I absolutely agree with your theory and have stated so. IMO this has already been settled when the Government lawyers settled. Again I agree that the suspension and timing of the reinstatement was agreed to by both parties as was the PEP11 approval. The timelines have all been worked out and its just a waiting game now as it has been for two years although I suspect the outcome will be very different to the previous Government. GLTAH
