I don't think anyone can argue that the Government's narrative is pro gas and pro exploration. The problem is that their narrative is in direct contradiction to their action on PEP11.
In theory PEP11 fits beautifully in to what they have been saying however their actions are confusing at best and illegal at worst.
Get a wriggle on chaps stop talking and start walking....
