Impressive numbers. Did MGT's pfs use the same formula as yours for calculating NPV, because it didn't appear to come out anywhere near as high as expected? I hope you are correct, but am unsure about calculating NPV's to be able to know. If your formula is the same as MGT's was, then we can be confident that this is what will be officially released in time.
