Does make you wonder Dodds if COP are not really as committed to PE defence as they might be now they have stranded WPL/Shell and Osaka in Sunrise.
WPL/Shell/Osaka either PE the Sunrise share or share a JV with a party [ government] that wants the opposite to WPL and that WPL has openly stated will not fly .....never going to end well that IMO.
