Hi Plague.
One thing to consider when comparing NAV to market cap. PAC as a business loses approximately $12mil before the group boutiques add to the bottom line.
On a multiple of 10x this could equate to $120mil discount to the NAV. If the boutiques were sold separately and PAC closed up shop is probably the only way it will trade on an equal footing.
A company like PNI creates enough revenue outside their boutiques profits to break about square. Maybe when PAC gets bigger and creates more scale though commissions and back office assistance the gap to NAV may get smaller.
