amongst other things WW claims he's being contacted by shareholders with concerns around misleading and inaccurate claims made by the minority shareholders ,..apparently we pose extreme risks to the company with the proposed actions ?
he also trumps the trusted in Country card ,..they trust him he reckons
he doesn't mention anything about trying to offload a world class asset for a fraction of its true worth or the fact that he tried to do a deal with known amateurs that couldn't even get a deposit across the line .,..which caused the SP to drop 40%
he says if youve already voted ,..he's made it easy for you to change your mind & attached a new pre completed proxy
