As BGS lawyers are allegedly screening posts of concern, fooca "waves hands at them" and contemplates the wording of the alleged letter ( I didn't get one) that infers that I have been making inaccurate claims and providing misleading information, BGS aren't the only ones that can engage lawyers!!!!

It has taken one of the board members to try and sell his/their argument for remaining on the board till now (7 weeks after the 249D was issued) to make some sort of statement (albeit to selected share holders)
Maybe some are worried??
