Troops what a great rave last night with all the motorcycles!
I have been 'hosting',as one does,some friends from
out of country ie 'zilland' so was somewhat at a loss.
I have form.My best bike was a Yahama 360 trail.
My favourite was my Triumph 650,single carb Thunderbird.
Fair dinkum it used to take 600 metres to hit the ton and
that is lying on the tank.I had a perfect straight with a nice
easy left hand curve to settle it down and go WTF!
Drum brakes you see.
Oh and no traffic,being Glenfield,Auckland,NZ at
10.00pm in the 60's.No street lights.
I am amazed I live to tell the story.
