Seems to me that YES learnt absolutely nothing from that Referendum - this thing that really bugs me is all these chicken littles running around now saying the Constitutional change mechanism is broken. It isnt broken, you just need a convincing argument and bipartisanship regarding change. Not a nebulous proposal for a 4th govt arm solely for one race of people (particularly when you cannot identify who is Aboriginal)
