The following was stated in an update in April:
'I can now report that on 26 March 2003, GTG duly initiated litigation in USA against 3 major listed US biotechnology companies for patent infringement'
Does anyone know who the 3 companies are, and when the cases are due to be heard?
GTG losing a bit of ground today, to be expected after a strong rise late last week.
