He called the Delta variant an 'absolute beast', in reference to how quickly it can it spreads and compromises a victims immune system. It's apparently roughly 50% more transmissible than the first variant, which was roughly 50% more transmissible than the original virus. Either way, no 'woke leftist' are calling it the Indian delta virus.
..It also says in the screenshot how many confirmed cases, and it also shows the 3% fatality rate. I'm still not sure your point though. You've seemed to have shifted the goal posts from "they won't tell us how many people recovered"?
