The truth is that most Muslims are good guys and girls. Of that, there is no dispute. Nobody here is saying otherwise.
Our problem is that the majority of good people say nothing. They are afraid to criticize the bad guys for fear of being labelled "not a real Muslim". As you well know, this is a very serious charge.
Especially more serious is to accused of not defending a fellow Muslim in any dispute with a kafir. Muslims are duty bound to defend a fellow Muslim no matter how evil he is.
By not criticizing or worse excusing and making excuses for the evil Muslims, they then get painted by the same brush.
Thus is the problem with Islam as a minority in any community. You guys can never ever assimilate or fit in. Your religion prohibits it.
Thus is the gripe of the average Aussie. It's not that we think you are bad people. At least try and understand that.
