If you held ZGL prior & upto ZIG demerger end of Nov 2018 you are entitled to receive ZIG shares 1 for 1 ZGL share. If you have bought after or sold prior to demerger Nov 30th 2018 You are not entitled.
You should have received ZIG shareholder certificate. I received mine shortly after the demerger.
You can log into Link Market Services, you will see ZIGU listed but the balance is Zero (I beleive because it is not tradeable)
Your last resort is to contact ZIG with your HIN.
