The Banking Royal Commission which the Liberal Party did not want has exposed many deficiencies of the corporate world, regulations, ASX and ASIC.
There is every chance that Labour will win the next election. May I suggest that shareholders from various companies ( including NKP) who have suffered at the hands of the ASX and ASIC write to the Shadow Minister of Financial Services Clare O'Neil requesting that she initiates a Royal Commission into ASX/ASIC and any other associated entity that has helped destroyed investor wealth.
Clare most likely will be rewarded with the Finance Minister position.

Provide her with as much detail as possible and seek her assistance. With some luck the momentum seeking an investigation into the investment and regulatory community may result in justice coming our way.
Note that the above action will not assist our grievance with Zijin if Amalgamation takes place in March. However it may assist with future investments.
