The Company is engaged in the development of a non-volatile memory technology, pioneering Interface Switching resistive random-access memory (ReRAM) for gigabyte storage in mobile and cloud. Interface Switching ReRAM, an area-based ReRAM technology positioned for Storage Class Memory in mobile devices and cloud data centers. It owns a patented Internet protocol (IP) portfolio, comprising 34 United States patents granted, which has been developed in-house to create high-density storage class memory. The 4DS Interface Switching ReRAM meets the essential requirements for Storage Class Memory close to DRAM. The Company also collaborates with imec, a research and hub in nanoelectronics and digital technologies.More
