The Company and its subsidiaries' principal activities include the construction and maintenance of transmission and distribution power lines and substations servicing the Western Australian, Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmanian power networks, as well as providing specialist engineering, testing and commissioning services to the electrical and communications industries. Its segments include Infrastructure, Communications and Industrial Services. Its Infrastructure segment offers a range of services, including planning, designing, constructing, operating, testing, maintaining, managing and decommissioning power network assets. Its Communications segment is engaged in constructing networks, to maintain and upgrade existing infrastructure. Its Industrial Services segment provides fully integrated electrical and instrumentation (E&I) services. More
