The Fund has invested in a limited partnership, US Select Private Opportunities Fund, L.P. (LP) which, in turn, invests in small-to-mid market private investment funds and companies. Through its investment in (LP), the Fund has invested with approximately seven underlying managers. The Fund invests in a range of industries, including restaurants, consumer products, manufacturing and business services. The Fund's investments are selected by a joint venture between the private investment arm of the Cordish Companies of Baltimore, Maryland and E&P Funds.
