The Gooroo Gold Project area is located within the Archaean Gullewa Greenstone belt in the Murchison Province of the Archaean Yilgarn Craton. The Silver Lakes Deflector Cu-Au deposit is located approximately 26 km north of the Gooroo Project. The project comprises one granted exploration license, E59/2512, covering an area of approximately 150 km2 in the Yalgoo Shire of the South Murchison District of Western Australia.
