The Company's principal activity is engaged in the manufacture and sale of medical equipment and radiopharmaceuticals, including associated research and development and distribution of third-party products to the diagnostic imaging sector. Its segments include Technegas and Molecular Imaging. The Technegas segment is a supplier of diagnostic equipment and consumables used by physicians in the detection of pulmonary embolism and a distributor of products to the diagnostic imaging sector. The Molecular Imaging segment produces radiopharmaceuticals to be used by physicians in the detection of cancer, neurological disorders and cardiac disease. The Company uses Technegas technology, which is a structured ultra-fine dispersion of radioactive labelled carbon, produced by using driedTechnetium-99m in a carbon crucible. The Company distributes its products in approximately 65 countries.More
