The Company is focused on battery and critical mineral exploration and development. The Company’s tenement package is located in Canada, which consists of Fairfiled and Fintry projects, which are prospective for copper and rare earth elements (REE). The Fintry REE Project comprises 12 square kilometers of claims located on the southern zone of the Nagagami River alkalic complex in Ontario, Canada. The project is strategically located in the Archean and Proterozoic Superior Province terrain in Ontario, which is renowned for containing structural corridors of alkalic and carbonatite intrusive magmatism with several known deposits and occurrences of REE and niobium. The Fairfield Copper project is located in the prospective Appalachian Gold-Copper Belt, which is renowned as a well-endowed copper-gold province with known deposits including the Gaspe Copper Deposit.More
