Kairos Minerals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company targeting large-scale lithium and gold discoveries in Western Australia’s mining districts. The Company owns 100% of the flagship 1.38Mozs Mt York Gold Project, which is an advanced gold deposit located 100 kilometers (km) south of Port Hedland in Tier 1 gold country. The project is four km south of Pilbara Minerals’ Pilgangoora Lithium-Tantalum Mine and occurs in the same prolific greenstone belt. Its 100%-owned Roe Hills Project, located 120 km east of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields, comprises an extensive tenement portfolio where the Company’s exploration work has confirmed the potential for significant discoveries of high-grade gold, nickel, cobalt, lithium and rare earth mineralization. It has also discovered significant high-grade rare earth element (REE) mineralization at Black Cat within enriched lower saprolite clays overlying fertile REE-bearing syenite intrusions.More
