The principal activities of the Company include exploration for mineral resources. It is engaged in the exploration of a portfolio of lithium and cobalt projects in the Canada, Australia and the United States of America. Its projects include Blackpine Cobalt-Copper Project, Colson Cobalt-Copper Project, Panther Cobalt-Copper Project, Elkhorn Cobalt Project, and Goodsprings Copper-Cobalt Project. The Blackpine Cobalt-Copper Project is located 15 kilometers (km) southeast of the Blackbird Cobalt District. The Colson Cobalt-Copper Project is located at the northwestern end of the Idaho Cobalt Belt, approximately 50 km west northwest of the town of Salmon in Idaho, United States. The 870-hectare Panther Cobalt-Copper Project is located approximately 30 kilometers (km) west of the town of Salmon. The Elkhorn Cobalt Project contains cobalt-copper oxides 1.5 km of strike length. The Goodsprings Project is located in the Nevada, United States.More
