The Company is engaged in the identification of potential mining resource assets for acquisition, acquiring same, conducting mineral exploration in the Republic of Mali. The Company’s projects include Dandoko, Other West Mali Projects and South Mali Projects. The Dandoko Project covers approximately 134 square kilometers (km2) and is located to the east of the prolific Senegal-Mali Shear Zone. Surrounding the project are numerous gold deposits, including B2Gold’s 7.1Moz Fekola gold project (30 km west) and Barrick’s 18Moz Loulo-Gounkoto Gold Mining complex (50 kilometers north-northwest). Its Other West Mali Projects include Kouroufing, Kossaya and Sari Projects, Kandiole Project, Moussala Project and Socaf Project. The South Mali projects include the Yanfolila, Yanfolila Est, Kolondieba, Kolondieba Nord, Sirakourou, Solabougouda and Solabougouda Sud (under application) licenses.More
