S2 Resources Ltd is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is... S2 Resources Ltd is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on mainstream commodities such as gold and base metals in Australia and Europe. The Company owns 100% of Southern Star Exploration Pty Ltd (Southern Star Exploration), 100% of Third Eye Pty Ltd (Third Eye), and 100% of Dark Star Pty Ltd (Dark Star). Southern Star Exploration holds the tenure of the Victorian Greater Fosterville Projects and the Western Australian West Murchison, Three Springs, and Fraser Range projects (all 100% owned). Third Eye has entered into an agreement to earn a majority interest in the privately held Jillewarra project, located in the Murchison region of Western Australia. Dark Star holds 100% of the nickel rights of the Polar Bear Project and various geographically proximal tenements, including those that comprise the Norcott Project. The Company also owns 100% of the three licenses which comprise the Koonenberry Project in northern New South Wales.More
