The principal activities of the Company consist of research, development and commercialization of dendrimer products for pharmaceutical, life-science and other applications. It is focused on developing and commercializing novel therapeutic products that address global healthcare needs. The Company is also involved in the development of nano-scale materials, including the development of VivaGel for the management and prevention of bacterial vaginosis, and as an antiviral condom coating, and VIRALEZE, an antiviral nasal spray. The Company is also applying its proprietary dendrimers to drug delivery to create improved pharmaceuticals and has developed the valuable DEP delivery platform. VIRALEZE is a broad-spectrum nasal spray intended to provide a moisturizing and protective barrier in the nose that traps and blocks cold/respiratory viruses. It also offers VivaGel BV and VivaGel Condom products.More
