The Company’s projects include Canegrass Battery Minerals Project, First Hit Project, and Ghana Gold Project. The Canegrass Battery Minerals Project is located in the Murchison region, 620 kilometers north-east of Perth, Western Australia. The Company’s First Hit Project is located 50 kilometers west of Menzies in the Western Australia Goldfields. The First Hit Project incorporates 28 square kilometers of tenements with six active mining and prospecting licenses and one exploration license under application. The Company’s Ghana Gold projects include Akoase Gold, Tumentu Gold, and Butre Gold projects. The Akoase Gold project is located in Ghana, in the Birim North District of the Eastern Region, approximately 111 miles northwest of the capital city of Accra. It also holds a prospecting license for Tumentu Gold project from the minerals commission. More
