Is this an overeaction to the low price for the cap raising? Last price before raising was 39c. There has been a 9.3% dilution of shares but NMG has an extra 20m in cash. The diluted price should be 38.5c if you consider the cash as an asset. If you ignore the cash, which is maybe not unreasonable considering how much they've burnt through so far, then diluted share price comes to 35c.
