For my 2 cents worth, if the Americans can see any value in this stock and want to accumulate it they would manipulate it heavily through shorting etc. thus scattering the pigeons so they could scoop up stock cheaply.
We are playing in the big league now and they wouldn't want to pay up for their stock.
