TOBES 11 it doesnt make sense that he wanted to sell to maximize his tax position , if that was the case you would defer selling until july 2012 and defer the capital gains tax liabilty for at least 12 months.i suspect he sold the shares simply because he bght at .003 and wants to lock in the profits.
