Yes it was an armchair suggestion and from there it looked reasonable. Wasn't aware of the environmental considerations but are they that prohibitive.
A mill for Lake Cowan is going to be costly and it does seem to be fairly isolated from points north.
How bad are the environmental concerns..would it take 2,3,5,10 million to fix..if so as I said Kent..could be worth a look..
