Subsequent to the notification of Crescent’s intention to delist from the ASX (see ASX announcement dated 12 January 2012), Crescent applied to the ASX on 13 February 2012 requesting removal from the official list of ASX under listing rule 17.11.
This should show that FML(CRE) said in Januay that a request to delist CRE would happen shortly and it happened then. It is now April ( which is fairly obvious as the calendar says so!)
Why has it taken the ASX three bleeding months to reach this stage on CRE?.
Had they acted any sooner, would FML be sitting on 4.8c in April??
surely this slow response has to be regarded by FML as pretty ordinary.
If this is how slow the ASX react to these types of requests, then maybe the government decision to block a TO of the ASX was a bit premature.
Maybe its time for companies to be able to send a "please explain" note to the ASX, just as they do when prices fluctuate to their unliking.
