I think like anything CW if you follow a certain sector, and know the pitfalls but see ways to use a sector that no else was developing, you can do quite well. Especially if you have a formula down pat the costing and how to exploit an area that you basically get for free when buying certain properties. Like everything it's finding what people want and filling that niche. Something that Ted plank oh sorry Harry dent come here from the US and lumps everything in together.
