That's correct kingy. Problem is, that it doesn't matter if 30/40 or 70% are ahead in their mortgage.
If only 10% default or sell before they do, the market will crash.
Obviously not everywhere and savy investors will still make money but overall it doesn't look good.
It's not something I want to happen, I just think it will happen.
