Hindsy, whilst you're being harsh on LCY on their share price not being 50c by now, take time also to ponder if HAW would still be at 1c, should Ms Heng decide that she has had enough of LCY being the no. 1 largest shareholder in HAW and dumps the 250m shares on the market! Now, where would that take the share price of HAW to, I wonder?
As for buying the remaining 40% of the asset or of HAW itself, why would one pay full price today, knowing full well that a clearance sale is only around the corner? I know I wouldn't and that's just being a smart shopper (again)!!! Maybe the money recovered from selling those 250m shares might just be enough to pay for the sale item in June?? Who knows???
