technical comment on altium ?, page-10

Hi Guys,

All good here, the day job is keeping me very busy.

Yeah, same old story with Altium, big moves on small infrequent trades.

Seems the management have finally started to focus on making money after years of using the company as a private play thing.

$10 million in cash with a market cap of just $26 million and good solid sales record opens the door to do well.

I still think there could be a takeover offer coming in the next year or so. Being as the board rejected the last offer believed to be around the $2 mark. And now the board are well topped up on stock. I expect their interest will be in selling this time around.
