where has our money gone

A couple of posters have hinted that shareholders should approach our company about our concerns, and to stop whinging about VIL.

The reason why I express my comments and frustations on HotCopper is because our VIL management have ignored our concerns, and in fact, have failed to even acknowledge our correspondence. We continue to retain our VIL shareholding, because we know that both Fausse Point and Sidi Dhaher are wonderful prospects with lots of potential, and hopefully we have some success. However, we do object the mismanagement of our projects mainly Fausse Point, and the continual wastage of our money.

Over the past 31 months, since the investment in Fausse Point, our company have RAISED A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $11,372,038 THAT IS RIGHT $11,372,038. This amount has been raised through 9 Private Placements, 1 Share Purchase Plan, 1 Unlisted Options Payment, 1 Exercising of Options Payment, and Sale of Bongo.

Where has all this money gone!!!

Considering this large amount of funds being available, our management has failed to bring Fausse Point to fruition, and we are still waiting.

I again urge you to complete the PROXY FORM and vote AGAINST the RESOLUTION to restore the 15% placement capacity. By this action, we will force our management to perform diligently, spend our money wisely, instead of providing them with "easy" money.

I have sent my proxy form by post and voted "AGAINST" the resolution.
