wipeoff - i was responding to a previous post which claimed that MMK was always permitted to walk away at will, provided only that they pay the break fee.
This is not my understanding. And that is supported by the Freehills document.
However - they DO have a right to walk if Russian courts prevent deal completion. therefore, the value of discussing the point is pretty limited right now. . .. .
