I hear what everyone is saying. As for that big announcemen... what the company wants is one thing but what the poetential partner wants is another. It really is out of their hands and timeframe simply cannot be guaranteed.
Would love to see everyone come out as winners hoever, IMO if you are currently holding oppies, you may as well ride it out and hope for the best. If you don't hold oppies, best to stay out at this late stage.
